Hello!

My name is Kyle Seaton-Giles, and I am the founder of GLHF. I decided to become a personal trainer after being a client of gyms for years and getting dissatisfied with how things were generally done in the industry. My goal as a personal trainer is to do things the right way and focus on you as an individual.

I care about my clients and want you to have the best possible experience when it comes to exercising, whether that’s at the beginning of your fitness journey or if you’re even further along than I am! I will always do things with your safety first and foremost in mind both in the moment and in the long run. The best overall fitness program is one that you can stick to, and gets you results. I know how hard it can be to bring about change sometimes, so I will do everything I can to help you discover the benefits that great nutrition and regular strength-based exercise can bring to your life.
