The Gym

GLHF is primarily a strength and conditioning studio, with equipment such as:

  • A multi-functional trainer including a Smith Machine, Power Rack, Pull-up and Dip stations, Cables for constant tension exercises, and more

  • A GHD machine for specifically training and developing the posterior chain, hip flexors, and abdominal muscles

  • Heavy-duty flat bench and incline/decline bench

  • Dumbbells and multiple Barbells for a wide range of resistance-based exercises

  • Accessories to facilitate training such as lifting straps and bands
